Jason Teh

Jason Teh is a member of the Optometry Australia Association and has been practicing Optometry for more than 12 years. He is a great family man with two awesome kids and a fantastic life partner in his wife, Ericka. Jason’s primary concern is to give his patients the best vision suitable to their needs. This includes specialty contact lenses, using advanced technology in eye health care, and using the best materials in the making of today’s glasses.

As owner of In2Eyes Optometry in Surrey Hills, he believes in helping people with the health of their eyes and all their eye wear needs.



Winter Chan

Winter completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at The University of Melbourne and is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe medication to treat a range of eye diseases. During his training, he attended an externship at The University of Waterloo in Canada, as well as clinical placements in rural and metro Victoria.

Julie Jiao

Julie received her Optometry Degree from The University of Melbourne in 2010, and has been practicing for 7 years. Julie is dedicated to providing full scope eye care and eye wear services to everyone in the community. She is experienced in children’s vision assessment, and has an interest in fitting specialty contact lenses – including Orthokeratology and other myopia control treatments. Julie is qualified to prescribe ocular medicines, and utilises advanced imaging technologies to comprehensively screen and evaluate ocular and systemic diseases – including Dry Eye, Diabetes, Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Vicky Chang

Vicky is passionate about optometry because she enjoys helping people take care of their vision and eye health, especially in areas of: eye disease, children’s vision and contact lenses. She provides full-scope eyecare with use of advanced imaging technology, is therapeutically endorsed, and speaks Mandarin.

She enjoys spending quality time with her patients to educate them about ocular conditions and ensure understanding to meet their visual needs.

Vicky graduated with a Doctor of Optometry from The University of Melbourne and trained in Canada. Before joining In2Eyes, she was practicing in Gippsland for 3 years. In her spare time, Vicky enjoys travelling, photography, reading, practicing yoga, and playing badminton.
