Jason Teh is a highly respected optometrist and recognized leader in the field of dry eye management and myopia control. With over 20 years of experience, Jason is a proud member of the Optometry Australia Association and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional patient care with patience and dedication. His commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for his patients is evident in every consultation.

 Jason’s journey in transforming eye health began more than 15 years ago when he established one of Melbourne’s myopia management clinics, driven by his passion to reduce the impact of short-sightedness in the community. Recognizing the growing challenge of tear film dysfunction, Jason went on to set up one of Melbourne’s pioneering dry eye clinics. Today, he leads the Dry Eye Group, a thriving practice with two locations, where he and his team of passionate optometrists offer cutting-edge treatments, including IPL, LipiFlow, and red light therapy, to address complex dry eye conditions.

As a sought-after dry eye expert in the optometry industry, Jason is frequently called upon for advice, training, and presentations. He shares his knowledge with peers and sales teams, simplifying complex concepts and inspiring others to excel in the field. His leadership and innovative approach to eye care have positioned him as a trusted voice and mentor within the profession.

Jason is also the owner of In2Eyes Optometry in Surrey Hills, where he is committed to improving the eye health and vision needs of his patients through personalized care and premium eyewear solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is a devoted family man. He has two children and a fantastic life partner of more than 20 years, Ericka. His dedication to both his family and his patients reflects his core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in eye care.

Winter Chan

Optometrist

Winter completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at The University of Melbourne and is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe medication to treat a range of eye diseases. During his training, he attended an externship at The University of Waterloo in Canada, as well as clinical placements in rural and metro Victoria.

Winter is our Senior optometrist having been with us for over 7 years. Having needed to wear glasses growing up, he has an interest in myopia control treatments such as orthokeratology. He is also passionate about the management and treatment of dry eye disease with the latest technologies including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Lipiflow.

Apart from his breadth of knowledge in optometry, he is loved by his co-workers for being a great team player. Outside of optometry, Winter is an avid badminton player and skier. He loves dogs and enjoys hanging out with his maltipom, Hunter.

Besides English, Winter can conduct consultations in Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.
